アフリカ・ケニア（5）8月23日（土）の午後。
「DO NOT FEED WILD ANIMALS」＝野生動物に餌を与えないでください。この言葉の大切さは、日本も含めてのことだと認識しつつ出発。
アフリカ・ケニア／アンボセリ国立公園（Amboseli National Park）。
広さは392km²とのことでざっと20km四方でしょうか。

思い描いていた面積よりもやや狭い印象です。
そのアンボセリ国立公園内を多くのサファリカーが動物たちを求めて走り回ります。
8月23日に見かけた主な動物たち
1）ガゼル
2）ヌー
3）シマウマ
4）ゾウ
＊お乳を飲む子象の姿を見ることも出来ました。
5）バッファロー（アフリカスイギュウ）
6）キリン
7）チーター（以前、激減したそうですが、最近は見かけることが増えつつあるとのこと）
