SDGs stands for "Sustainable Development Goals" that the United Nations adopted in 2015 to address global-scale social challenges.
The SDGs consist of 17 goals and 169 targets that are set to be achieved by 2030.
Chukyo TV and affiliate companies as a group share a philosophy to "build confidence and empathy in the community, and to contribute to the realization of an affluent society."
We see the "affluent society" we are striving to help realize as being inclusive of the "sustainable society" that the SDGs represent.
As a first step toward realizing such a society, Chukyo TV has participated in the SDG Media Compact. We will continue working on solving social challenges through our corporate activities.
By using the philosophy of SDGs as our mind's compass, each and every one at the Chukyo TV group will keep asking themselves what they can do, and will think and take actions together with you.
